En general el hotel está muy bien! Las habitaciones están limpias, tienen Tv, aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario para estar agusto durante la estancia. La señorita en recepción muy amable y atenta desde que hice la reservación por llamada desde la CDMX y el seguimiento por Whatsapp. Los precios de la habitación muy accesibles.
Un lugar acogedor, agradable y con comida muy rica. Sus habitaciones son cómodas, con buen WiFi y tv con streaming, uno de los mejores hoteles en Coatza.

The rooms are large and well vented, the A/C works perfectly fine and the TV looks nice (the addition of Amazon Fire sticks works great, just wish I could log in with my account). Beds are big and comfortable, if you don't mind them being really firm. The bathrooms are nice looking and perfectly functional, the remodeling did wonders for comfort and the rain-style showerhead is a godsend. They changed the complimentary coffee and bread for a continental breakfast buffet and it is perfect (save for the pancakes, they were too chewy). The service is great, everyone is super professional and attentive.
La atención fue buena, la limpieza todo muy bien, el desayuno buffet fue básico sólo huevo, chilaquiles, enfrijoladas y picaditas, papaya, café y pan pero con buen sazón. Cumplieron con lo que publican en sus fotos, un lugar limpio, camas cómodas, todo funcionando bien. Tal ves podrían mejorar en el restaurant las personas a cargo son muy serias en su trato; pero en general todo muy bien .
Muy bien ubicado, puede ir uno al centro caminando y está rico el desayuno incluido, lo único es que había unas manchitas en las colchas pero de ahí en fuera todo bien

Este fin de semana estuvimos hospedados en este hotel, lugar céntrico, limpio, con todos los servicios ( agua caliente , Internet, plataformas con Netflix, disney). El desayuno incluido es sencillo pero rico, el descanso fue muy reparador y al atención fue única.
